A fresh new look for the Cloth Road Arts

The year started with a new team in place at the Cloth Road HQ, consisting of existing and new members alike and coordinated by Chairperson, Cath Siswick.

With the focus of the collective previously having been the biannual Arts Week, it was decided that there should also be greater range of opportunities and events available to members in the interim. All agreed that this change in direction should be marked with a rebrand of the organisation.

“We, as artists, know better than anyone the value that the arts hold in shaping lives, and in the current climate it is more important than ever that we pull together to push art and creativity to the fore. 2019 marks the 15th year of the Cloth Road Arts, as well as an exciting time for me personally, as I follow in footsteps of Paul Workman, and those that went before him, as Chair of the organisation.” – Cath Siswick, Chairperson

After consultation with all Cloth Road Artists a new brand image and logo was decided on, a new website commissioned and the new look Cloth Road Arts was launched with a series of events including a members exhibition at the vibrant Court Street Gallery in Trowbridge and a day of talks and consultations with successful London based artist, Iona Rowland at Town Hall Arts.

Meetings are open to all, join us and help shape the future of the Cloth Road Arts.
