The Cloth Road Arts are committed to making the Arts Week an inclusive, diverse event and so to increase the opportunities that we provide for Young Artists in the area, this year for the first time we have introduced the Cloth Road Young Arts. Over the coming few years we intend to develop a program of events and opportunities to support the development of Young Artists, and to start the process we have incorporated the work of Young Artists alongside our existing members at exhibits throughout the 2022 trail.
Schools are working harder than ever to inspire creativity and provide a varied, high quality art education, and I think you’ll agree their hard work is evident! Working alongside four of the largest secondary schools with in the boundaries of the Arts Trail we are showcasing the work of a selection of GCSE and A Level students from:
THE CLARENDON ACADEMY | JOHN OF GAUNT SCHOOL | MELKSHAM OAK | ST LAURENCE SCHOOL
Keep an eye open for the work of this years’ very talented Cloth Road Young Artists as you make your way around the trail.
